Talk To the Hand
This picture requires some more explanation. My friends and I enrolled in a photography class this semester, and we’ll have to take a whole roll of pictures (36 shots) a day for the entire term. To keep track of all the pictures and when they were taken, our instructor advised us to take blank shots of our hands so we know when one day ends and another begins. Seems like an old-fashioned, analog-inspired method to do so (given that modern digital cameras have extensive metadata, including date and time of the shot), but I think its somewhat humbling. Here’s the first one of many to come.
